Managing Director Dato' Seri Boo Joo Beng provides the strategic and governance backbone of DSBJB Holding’s international market engagement.
With a professional background in accounting and financial management, he brings strong expertise in commercial structuring, risk management, and disciplined transaction oversight, particularly in cross-border property engagements.
Over the years, Dato' Seri has been actively involved in introducing and positioning Malaysian property opportunities to foreign investors and international markets, especially within China and other overseas networks.
His experience in coordinating international partnerships and relationship-driven market channels provides DSBJB Holding with a structured and credible approach to foreign market engagement.
Under his leadership, the company emphasizes governance, commercial discipline, and responsible market positioning, ensuring that outreach, partnerships, and buyer engagements remain transparent, well-structured, and aligned with long-term market credibility.

MOHD RAZI MOHAMOOD
Director, Business Development & Strategy
Mohd Razi Mohamood leads DSBJB Holding’s business development, commercialization strategy, and execution. With more than 20 years of experience in Malaysia’s property industry, he has overseen over 52 development projects with a combined GDV of more than RM3 billion.
His background includes senior leadership experience at Government Own Company (GOC) and Government Link Company (GLC), where he directed integrated Sales, Marketing, and Sales Administration functions, including pricing strategy, digital enablement, and process improvement.
At DSBJB Holding, he focuses on developer engagement, pricing discipline, channel coordination, and conversion execution, helping ensure property opportunities are brought to market with structure, clarity, and operational discipline.
